1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and pk88 ("pk88," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at pk88.bid ("Platform"). These Terms apply to all services offered by pk88, including but not limited to online casino games, slot games, live dealer games, sports betting, bingo, and any promotional or bonus programmes.

By creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion on the pk88 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. 2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

• You must be at least 21 years of age. pk88 strictly enforces the minimum age requirement in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Persons under 21 years of age are prohibited from registering, depositing, or participating in any game or promotion on the Platform.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, partnerships, and other legal persons may not register as players.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of pk88, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by pk88 or by any applicable regulatory authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of pk88 services, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on the pk88 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances and winnings.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. pk88 shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate or outdated account information.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk88 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. pk88 will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify pk88 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

3.4 Account Verification

pk88 may require you to complete identity verification ("KYC") procedures at any time, including prior to processing withdrawals. Verification may require submission of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

pk88 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated for a specific promotion. Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your pk88 account balance instantly. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically credited within 15 to 30 minutes during standard banking hours.

pk88 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from unverified or third-party sources may be reversed and the associated account suspended.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500 unless otherwise specified. pk88 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval, subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification. GCash withdrawals are typically completed within one hour of processing.

4.3 Currency

All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, wagers, and winnings on the pk88 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). pk88 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies.

4.4 Transaction Limits

pk88 reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum transaction limits at its sole discretion. Applicable limits will be displayed at the point of transaction. Limits may vary by payment method and account verification status.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

pk88 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. pk88 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer is subject to specific wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and time limits. These will be clearly stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• pk88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, collusion, or exploitation of software errors — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the pk88 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. The following general gameplay conditions apply across all pk88 games:

• All slot games and RNG-based games use certified random number generation technology. Game outcomes are determined at the moment of play and cannot be influenced by any external factor.
• Live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers in licensed studios. The results of live dealer games are final once the round is closed.
• In the event of a disconnection during gameplay, pk88's system will record the state of the game at the point of disconnection. Bets already placed will stand and be settled according to the game outcome. pk88 is not responsible for losses resulting from player-side connectivity issues.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. pk88 reserves the right to modify bet limits at any time.
• In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the integrity of a game round, pk88 reserves the right to void the affected round and return all wagers to the players involved.
• Winnings are credited to your pk88 account balance immediately upon settlement of each game round.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk88 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and winnings, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or its games.
• Colluding with other players in any game, including live dealer games.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, match-fixing, or manipulation of game outcomes.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of any pk88 software.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pk88 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the Platform to facilitate financial crime.

8. Responsible Gaming

pk88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe environment for all players. We recognise that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and we take our duty of care seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all pk88 account holders and can be accessed directly from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once set, limits cannot be increased for a minimum of 24 hours.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss threshold over a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you after a set number of hours of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

9. Suspension & Account Closure

pk88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Instruction from a relevant regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• Determination that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.

Upon closure of an account for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via the original deposit method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, pk88 reserves the right to withhold all balances and winnings pending investigation.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting pk88 support via live chat. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 48 hours.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk88 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the pk88 Platform or any of its services.

Without limiting the foregoing, pk88 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game, whether due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond pk88's reasonable control.
• Any loss resulting from your reliance on information provided on the Platform, including odds, game statistics, or promotional materials.
• Any loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunity arising from your use of the Platform.
• Any technical malfunction, including server failures, software errors, or connectivity issues, whether on the part of pk88 or any third-party service provider.

The pk88 Platform and all content therein are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the pk88 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the property of pk88 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from pk88.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any pk88 trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner without prior written authorisation.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorised use of pk88 intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by pk88.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may pursue formal legal remedies.
